Three generations of the Willing family live in Mt Lawley – it’s where we grew up, where we work and where we call home. So, we see our developments as part of something bigger – engaging in the joy of connection by adding to the vibrant history of the neighbourhoods we develop. Our Hospitality division plays an integral role in fulfilling this vision, intertwining vibrant cafes, wine bars and boutique shop and retail spaces within each of our developments.
Our well-loved Willing Coffee espresso bars, at the base of our Guildford and Mt Lawley developments have quickly become a mecca for lovers of fine coffee and the European café culture. They provide a genuine connection to the people and places we are building for and within. We look forward to introducing more exciting ventures into Coolbinia, Perth and Mt Lawley further fostering community connection and engagement. Bar Vino, which shares a space with Willing Coffee Mt Lawley, offers a meticulously curated wine list paired with refined seasonal dining, inspired by the coastal Italian Mediterranean lifestyle.

Our menu celebrates classic Italian cuisine, informed by the seasons to create dishes comprised of only the finest local produce, whilst our wine list features over 200 of the world’s finest wines.

Inspired by family-run coffee shops from 1950s Italy, Willing Coffee was created as a place where people could feel at home, with visitors welcomed by a playful and stylish blend of curved lines, stainless steel, marble, mirrors and cycling memorabilia.
Willing Coffee has a focus on the highest quality beans sourced from both local and international roasters, available on rotation to take home or enjoy in house.

Lovingly restored, our 1968 Citroën HY van has travelled from France to Perth, where it’s been reimagined as a celebration of craftsmanship, character and exceptional coffee.
Nommée avec amour, Sylvie was a beloved French name in 1968, the very year our van was born, a name that carries with it a sense of nostalgia, warmth and timeless charm.
Every cup is poured with precision, using the finest Willing Coffee beans to ensure a consistently exceptional experience.
With its vintage French design and a touch of modern sophistication, Sylvie offers more than just coffee. It delivers a moment of connection, quality, and quiet indulgence, wherever she rolls.
