Willing Property
Willing is a Western Australian owned and operated group which specialises in residential property development and construction. Established in 2012, Willing has earned a reputation for delivering distinctive, exciting and compelling projects which focus on refined design, traditional workmanship and high quality, while enriching neighbourhoods. Our highly considered approach to every project ensures a bespoke outcome, enhancing the way residents live and the neighbourhoods they choose to live in.
The Willing name has been synonymous with quality construction and craftmanship in Western Australia since 1969. Today, our diverse group operates across three divisions – Property, Build and Hospitality – with a focus on delivering homes where people love to live. Our integrated development and construction model sees Willing as both builder and client, eliminating the need to contract a third-party builder, resulting in better control over project outcomes, quality, timing and cost for our buyers.
Klopper & Davis Architects
Klopper & Davis Architects is a boutique architectural and interior design studio led by Sam Klopper and Matt Davis.
The practice started in 2004 with a series of medium to large scale residential projects and has grown to include commercial, hotel, retail and multi-residential projects, as well as their specialty, single residential housing. Each project is designed specifically for their clients and is much a collaboration as a design consultancy.
Sam and Matt work collaboratively during the entire design process, with significant input into both the design and the outcome, a structure which ensures the seamless and consistent design and delivery of their projects. Klopper & Davis believe in celebrating warm, welcoming, and liveable buildings with their designs focused on passive solar principles which create natural and honest living spaces both inside and out.
REALMstudios
REALMstudios are master planners, urban designers and landscape architects with studios in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Hobart and Brisbane.
They operate through a design lens, from strategic and advisory through to detailed documentation for external works. At a project level their focus is on the multidisciplinary field of ‘City Making & Liveabilty’ where they are guided by their core values that entwine urban ecology with community and place – making better places to live in, into the future.
Their process involves explorative readings of place, infusing research from a broader platform of knowledge, then synthesis through the creative act of design, with outcomes reflecting their unique sets of skills, focus, framework and values.
